It is very important that you click the "Proceed" link only once. If you click it multiple times, it generates multiple emails, but only one of those emails will actually work. So the entire process is:
- go to the login screen: https://www.fashioncraft.com/login/
- type in your customer number
- click "Forgot password" – but just click it once! People often click it multiple times which causes problems with the next step
- check your email for the "forgot password" email
- click the link in the email and follow the instructions on the next page. The link in the email you get is only valid for a short time, so you have to click it as soon as it arrives
If you request multiple reset links (step 3) it will cause the others to expire. Then if the emails arrive out of order, it's impossible for you to determine which email has the active link. But if you follow step 3 and then wait and click the link just once, it should work.
